GESIPA sponsored Keighley Association of Engineers Young Engineers Awards 2019. The competition was open to Year 9 and Year 10 students studying Engineering and/or Design & Technology. Students were asked to design and create a prototype display stand for our latest iBird Pro Tool, accessories and an iPad to be submitted by Monday 29th April 2019.

All together 11 prototypes were submitted by Oakbank School and 2 designs were submitted by Parkside School. Judges, Stuart Booth (GESIPA), John Richardson (Keighley Engineers Association) and John McCluskey (Keighley Engineers Association) selected three finalist each and in the end selected a winner and two runner ups from the finalist. Awards were presented to the students on 19th June at GESIPA.
