The iBird® Pro is a networked battery-powered blind rivet tool from the GESIPA® Pro series that combines advanced technology with user-friendliness. It can be connected and operated via an app with a smartphone or tablet. Thanks to simple connectivity via QR code, the iBird® Pro can be connected to up to three
up to three devices simultaneously and offers its user all information at a glance: The andon ring at the back of the iBird® Pro visualises the riveting processes with a light signal. The riveting processes can be checked and read out in the app.

Intelligent device control of the iBird® Pro
The GESIPA® app for the iBird® Pro provides a comprehensive overview and monitoring functions for the device.
It displays operating statuses, battery runtimes, fill levels and the number of rivets set per day.
Users receive tips on handling, the operating instructions and illustrated maintenance instructions via the app.
Fault messages are also displayed directly in the app, allowing for quick troubleshooting.

iBird® Pro
The iBird® Pro can be connected to the intelligent GESIPA® app and offers comprehensive monitoring functions, including operating status, battery life, fill levels and detailed riveting statistics. Simple connectivity allows up to three devices to be connected simultaneously.

iBird® Pro CL
With the GESIPA® Interface 4.0, the device can be seamlessly integrated into your existing customer network. The direct connection allows you to control the device and transmit the riveting results for further processing and control of the line.

Setting process assistant
The setting process assistant premium software is optional. The software helps operators to adjust the setting process and evaluate riveting processes. If a fault detected, a message is issued in the app and the Andon ring lights up in colour. The teaching mode is a simple learning of rivet configurations and setting of the tolerance window by means of the virtual control dial.

The iBird® Pro is the logical further development of the Bird®Pro series from GESIPA®. Based on the principle of a modular system, the riveting tools in the Bird® Pro seriesoffer a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of uses, from trade to highly demanding industrial applications. All tools in the series are 100% compatible with the largest cordless alliance, the Cordless Alliance System (CAS). They are equipped with an almost wear-free BLDC motor, guarantee fast setting sequences and a high level of ergonomic comfort. Developed, designed and manufactured in Germany, great importance was placed on sustainability.
Industry 4.0 with the iBird® Pro
Known as Industry 4.0, M2M or the Internet of Things,these concepts refer to intelligent and digitally networkedsystems in the production industry. The aim is to ensure that production is as self-organised as possible. GESIPA® has developed the iBird® Pro with this in mind.
The iBird® Pro is a networked battery-powered setting tool that can be connected to smartphones, tablets or a customer‘s IT infrastructure using WiFi or Bluetooth via a free GESIPA® app. This networking provides a number of additional benefits such as the monitoring of riveting processes, processing safety, status and service indicators, as well as quick and simple access to operating, maintenance and repair instructions – ultimately resulting in optimisation of the value chain.
